Outside the South East we plan visits so each trip covers as much as possible. That works well for organisations with sites in several regions, such as care groups, housing providers and school trusts, who want every valve on one schedule and one register.

The testing is the same wherever you are: supply and mixed temperatures, a fail-safe test, strainers and scale, and a record against every valve. Water hardness varies a lot more across the country than it does around London, so we set intervals from what we find.
